Part 1: Terms of Service

1. Nature of Service

Rephones provides a platform for consumers to sell their used smartphones, tablets, laptops, and cameras directly to us. We do not sell retail products to consumers. Our service includes an online valuation engine, secure communication for lead verification, and physical inspection for final device procurement.

2. Device Valuations & Quotes

The prices generated by our online valuation engine are estimates based on the inputs provided by you regarding the device model, age, physical condition, and available accessories.

• These online quotes do not constitute a binding contract.
• The final buyback value will be determined exclusively after a thorough physical inspection of your device by our expert team at the time of pickup.
• Rephones reserves the right to revise the quote or reject the device if the physical condition does not match the details submitted online.

3. User Declarations & Responsibilities

By submitting a request to sell your device, you strictly declare that:

• You are the sole and rightful owner of the device.
• The device is not lost, stolen, or involved in any fraudulent activity.
• You are responsible for completely backing up and wiping all personal data, accounts, and passwords (including iCloud, Google Accounts, or BIOS passwords) before handing over the device. Rephones assumes no liability for any data left on the device.

4. Pickup & Payment

Once the physical evaluation is successfully completed and the final price is agreed upon, payment will be processed instantly via the agreed method. Once the payment is settled and the device is handed over, the transaction is considered final, and the device cannot be returned.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

To facilitate a smooth and secure C2B transaction, we collect the following personal information when you use our valuation form:

• First and Last Name
• Contact Number (Verified for your security)
• Email Address
• Complete Pickup Address (including City and Postal Code)
• Specific details regarding your device and its condition

2. How We Use Your Data

We respect your privacy and handle your data with the highest security standards. Your information is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To generate accurate device valuations.
• To contact you directly regarding your pickup request.
• To verify your identity and prevent fraudulent submissions.
• To dispatch our team to your provided address for the physical inspection.

3. Single Point of Contact & Data Sharing

Your direct experience and security are our top priorities. You will be dealing directly with our authorized management, ensuring a streamlined process without unnecessary third-party handoffs.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to external marketing agencies or third-party advertisers.
• Your data is shared internally only to the extent necessary to complete the inspection and payment process.

4. Data Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your submitted information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. All data transmissions through our valuation engine are secured.
